【关于我们】 我们是一家领先的金融交易行业人工智能解决方案提供商。在瞬息万变的资本市场，最大的挑战是如何准确预测市场走势，传统模型往往无法捕捉金融市场的复杂性，导致错失交易机会并增加风险，我们致力于通过为中国金融行业创建高性能AI驱动的基础设施来克服这些挑战。我们的人工智能解决方案，可以使顶级交易员在监管框架内有效地管理各种模型和数据集，使他们能够专注于更深入的研究并做出更明智的交易决策，从而产生卓越的回报。 【职责】 参与后台数据管理、数据汇总及可视化呈现设计，交付生动、专业的UI交互效果; 负责构建/完善/迭代前端项目，保障其能高效支撑业务运行及迭代; 以不断提升质量、效率、体验为目标，封装组件、沉淀文档、开发工具、搭建系统; 自发分享自己技术上日常的所见所想，与同事共同成长，营造积极健康的技术氛围; 【要求】 计算机、软件工程或者相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上前端开发经验 熟练掌握常用的前端构建工具（Webpack、Vite 等），并具有成熟的模块化开发思维 熟练掌握一个数据驱动视图的框架，包括但不限于React、Vue、Angular 熟练CSS，对渐变有自己的理解，具备复杂交互场景下的 CSS 组织能力，保证多端一致性，对一些新特性有实践经验，包括但不限于 CSS Houdini、容器查询、@layer级联层等 熟悉前端性能优化，对 web 性能优化有较多的思考 对重复性或不规范的工作容忍度低，能自发通过沟通或技术手段解决 熟悉 HTTP 协议，并掌握相关网络调试工具，有服务端开发的背景常识 有较强的问题分析、定位及解决能力 【加分项】 了解WebSocket、SSE等实时通信技术 有金融科技平台或数据可视化相关项目经验 对js有一定实际的开发经验 页面动效、动画、过渡、视觉优化等有实践经验 【福利待遇】 可选择在国内远程办公，可达100%； 每年可在海外远程办公长达 25 天； 具竞争力的基本薪资及奖金； 扁平化的组织结构，融洽积极的团队氛围。 每年多次海外集体出游。 各种休闲活动（如体育运动、桌游等）。 【工作地点】 上海
